This new facility will serve as the cornerstone of our mission in Southampton, Massachusetts. Built locally by our community, it will provide integrated housing, intensive training programs, and wraparound support services under one roof.

Delivers trauma-informed mental health support, counseling, and crisis intervention tailored to the unique experiences of justice-involved and transitioning veterans.
Builds and maintains employer partnerships, matches veterans to job opportunities, and provides ongoing job retention support to ensure long-term success.
Lived-experience mentors who provide peer support, navigation assistance, and role modeling to help participants build confidence and community.
Handles intake, case coordination, benefits navigation, scheduling, and administrative functions to ensure seamless service delivery and accurate record-keeping.
