We prepare military veterans and emergency services professionals for sustainable employment and successful reintegration.
Integrity Care Resources was founded in 2026 to address a critical gap: military veterans leaving incarceration or under community supervision (probation/parole) face overwhelming barriers to stable employment and housing.
We exist to change that. We provide targeted re-entry navigation, trauma-informed support, career readiness, vocational training, and direct employment placement — with an unwavering commitment to dignity and integrity for every veteran we serve.
Integrity Care Resources was built first for justice-involved and recently released military veterans. We also walk alongside firefighters, EMS, law enforcement, dispatchers, and other emergency services professionals who carry trauma, employment gaps, or re-entry barriers after service to their communities.
Justice-involved and recently released veterans, transitioning service members, and military families.
Career and volunteer firefighters seeking stable civilian careers, credentials, and trauma-informed support.
EMTs, paramedics, and ambulance personnel navigating burnout, injury, or a transition into new work.
Officers and related public-safety staff who need re-entry, career, or housing support after service.
911 and public-safety dispatchers carrying high-stress service who are ready for a next chapter.
Corrections, search and rescue, and allied emergency professionals who belong in the same circle of care.
Massachusetts faces a persistent challenge in addressing veteran homelessness. Despite progress, many veterans continue to experience chronic homelessness, mental health disorders including PTSD, substance use disorders, and limited access to affordable housing.
Without intervention, these veterans remain at high risk for continued homelessness, poor health outcomes, and unemployment.
All services are provided at no cost to eligible justice-involved veterans. Our flagship program, V-REP, focuses on employment pathways for veterans within 6-18 months of release. We also offer the new Veterans Workforce Development and Training Accelerator, the Employability Skills Fast-Track Training Program, and our Industrial Logistics & Transportation pathway.
One-on-one advocacy and coordination for veterans navigating parole, probation, benefits, court requirements, and complex systems during the critical 6-18 month re-entry window.
Military-informed peer mentoring, PTSD-aware counseling navigation, family reintegration support, and weekly groups for veterans carrying the weight of service and incarceration.
Emergency shelter coordination, transitional housing navigation, rental assistance, and stability planning for veterans facing homelessness or housing instability post-release.
Direct access to food, transportation, legal aid, VA benefits, identification recovery, digital literacy training, and community resources tailored for justice-involved veterans.
