Integrity Care Resources is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit delivering hands-on trade skills training, reentry support, and career pathways that lead to stable, meaningful employment in Western Massachusetts.
Veterans will serve as the workforce and backbone of our operations.
Their military experience positions them strongly for meaningful employment in the reentry field.

We will actively recruit veterans through the VA to fill key positions across our programs.
Unemployed or underemployed individuals can also enroll in our fast-paced training programs.
We equip individuals — including those facing reentry barriers — with in-demand trade skills, certifications, and the support they need to secure stable employment and build brighter futures. We work in partnership with employers, training providers, and community organizations across Western Massachusetts.
8–12 week core training + ongoing mentorship and job placement support

6–12 months of continued support after training to ensure long-term success.
